Refund Timeline

✔ All unsuccessful applications will be refunded within 30 days from the date of allotment.

✔ Refunds will be processed to the same account provided at the time of application.

100% Refund Guarantee

✔ If the allotment is not confirmed, a 100% refund will be issued without any deductions.

Cancellation by Allottee

✔ If an allottee cancels their allotment, a cancellation charge of ₹11,000/- may apply.

✔ If no response is received from the allottee, refund will be processed after due diligence.

✔ Cancellation refunds will be processed within 45 days after verification.

✔ Refunds will be made only through NEFT/RTGS, DD, or Cheque.

Disputes

✔ Any disputes shall be resolved amicably through mutual discussion.

✔ If unresolved, the aggrieved party may approach the adjudicating officer under the Real Estate Act.

✔ Courts at Rajasthan shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
